I'm Back

Hello folks,
I am back from a series of computer problems I hope are solved. Then when I try to come back I find the NE is having server problems linked to the NY disaster so it has taken me 3 days to get back on the server. Oh well, hope somebody missed me....

Yes, I was hoping you were all right. I have a feeling the attack has been upstaging a lot of people's lives. At one point we were wondering if this could be IT, the end of civilization as we know it.

We'll have to become survivalists out in the middle of the woods scratching out a living somehow. So, if that happens, I thought, that will be the end of these little luxuries like pursuing one's heritage, trying to figure out how our Ancestors lived. Then I thought again, uh, duh, if all that happens, we will be living like them all the time, and anything we pick up now will just be useful survival info.

Linda, Have you heard from Chrystal? Haven't seen her post in ages. Hope she is okay.

Looks like a lot of people are among the missing perhaps we need a good old fashion "roll call".

I haven't heard from Crystal lately, either. I don't think she's addicted to her computer though, she kind of wafts in and out. I'll see if I can call her.
