Season's Greetings

I love the new board. It may take this old lady a while to figure things out but I am sure I will catch on.

We have had a lot of snow and cold weather up here in New England. They say we just might have a white Christmas this year. It would be nice to have it start to snow on Tuesday and go away on Thursday. :)

We are planning our usual Christmas Eve Party with all the kids and grandchildren. This year more of the kids are chipping in not only with the cooking and baking but the boys decorated the house and my girls ran all over town collecting things to fill the 18 stockings hanging on my wall. It is hard for me to get around since my beloved Jerry passed on but the Christmas Eve Party has been a tradition at our home since my children were babies. My 14 year old Kristy has become quiet the little kitchen helper. She has been making cookies and it leaves the house smelling like sugar and spice.

Kristy decided not to attend our local high school. She goes to a tech/HS and is majoring in Cultuary Arts. Who knowes she might be the next Virginia Childs.

Here is wishing everybody here at the forum a very safe and happy holiday; Prayers for peace around the world; and God's blessings on us ,one and all.

Merry Christmas to you, Brenda. I'm proud of you and Kim for figuring out how to use the attachment feauture. I'm still not sure about. I wonder if we can get the attachment to appear within the post.

If you go to your user control panel 'user cp' and look around for the 'avatar' feature you can add a tiny image, (it will tell you how many pixels for ht and wdth) then that image will always pop up under your name in the left column. I did it once on another board.
