Blackfoot in Alabama?

Great-great grandmother was pure Blackfoot Indian from Birmingham, Alabama. Family names are Kidd and Datcher.

I know a "Kidd" who was one of the people who steered me towards the "Tuckahoe" connection. This "Kidd" was also a "Richie", but I never could connect her Richie's to my Richey's, altho we both migrated about teh same times to the same places.

I think she was further North, in Kentucky not Alabama tho. I'll try to find her e-mail address, as she was searchin' on line for genealogy. She may know something.
