Hello, I am Sharmin Rogers. You asked about a surname of Mullins. Thought you might be interested in knowing that there was a gentleman by the name of Pleasant Mullins who married into my family back in the 1800's. He married my GGG-Aunt Martha E. Fultz.They were from Virginia. Martha was the daughter of Obediah & Martha C. (Blankenship) Fultz, also of Virginia. This info may be found on the Decendants of Obediah & Martha Fultz website.
