I'M AM TRYING TO FIND INFO ON THE FISHER FAMILY.ONE RELATIVE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A CHIEF AND HIS DAUGHTER A PRINCESS.I THINK AROUND THE 1950'S.

I'm not personally familiar with the Fisher name, but I don't know much about Ohio names. I'm confused as to what kind of chief there could have been in Ohio in the 1950's. A newly re-organized group?

This is my mother's line. PERRY/FISHER
I have a picture of my grandmother somewhere in the forum. I believe she(Mollie Clovis Perry) looks native American and so does her grandfather Samuel Patterson Perry. I have searched for the link but so far haven't found it.
John Fisher came from Germany but his wife is known only as Elizabeth.
