Somehow your response notification ended up in my spam folder. When I finish this I will go and see why. Couldn't resist kidding Linda on that. She seems like such a nice girl.
I noticed you have Thompsons in your line. I am a Thompson (with a P), but of the Yankee variety. That is the one branch of the family tree that I know the least about. My understanding is that they came to Connecticut from New York State. I guess some time in the 1800's. That's about all I know, except gggf was an engraver.
The Blackfoot blood comes from the southern side.
