Learning Souian languages questions

Hello,
I homeschool my son and we are both wanting to learn a native american language together. I am wondering if anyone knows of hte language similarities/differences between Arapaho and Tutelo or souian fromo VA languages. I am looking for online lessons/tutorials to choose from.

I'm unaware what language group the Arapaho is from. I don't believe it's Siouan, since I've never heard it mentioned in that context. I don't think there's any cultural connection. The VA Siouan Language are official extinct, there are 300 words of Tutelo recorded. Some are making an effect to restore the language.

Some of the Lakota/Dakota/Nakota languages are still alive and availalbe in lessons that can be used in a home setting. Some of the other Siouan languages may be closer to Tutelo, but they are not available in a commercially available lesson form that I know of.

The Arapaho, Cheyenne, Gros Ventre and Blackfoot languages are all Algonquian linguistically. Arapaho and Gros Ventre languages are somewhat closer to one another than they are to either of the other 2.
