Hi!
I have just recently discovered my fathers side of the family and I have run into roadblock of sorts.
I have an ancestor named Amos Collins Born around 1791 in Virginia. The story is he married a Chickahominy woman and several children one of which was John Gilbert Collins. John G married Susannah Napier who was suppose to be a Saponi woman traveling with a family named Napier and adopted the name.
John G was born in Tennessee and moved eventualy to Clay County Kentucky.
I guess the question is.
Does this make sence to anyone?
Thanks
