hathcock surname

While researchin my browns and hawkins I came across this -- it links my Hawkins and Brown relatives with the surname Hathcock. I've heard "Hathcock" surname mentioned here by someone, I think. If I am wrong, I appologize. I'm not a direct descendent of these folks, but I am related to them.

We need to scare up CarriesWater. He's the expert on the Haithcocks. As I understand it, there is a paper trail connecting them to the Saponi.

My LORD, that was an overload of some very interesting surnames. Considering that part of the migration went into GA and AL, I found this site is definitely piqued my interest. I'm gonna play on it some more and I'll let you know what I find.
