Hi. I'm new to the board & am researching my husbands family. We've been told that his great-grandfather, Steven Hale was a full blooded Blackfoot Indian. He was born in Grayson County, Virginia on November 27, 1869 and he passed November 1, 1949. Steven married Thursey Callahan on June 5, 1891 and their daughter, Sela Mae is my husbands grandmother. Sela was born May 21, 1897, also in Grayson County, and passed January 12,1993. Any information regarding the Hales or Callahans would be greatly appreciated
