We have a family legend that the Bunch Family is part Native American. If true,in our direct line anyway, Sall(e)y Sargent (1767-aft1832) (d/o William) who was born in Louisa County, Virginia may possibly be linked to one of the Indian nations in Virginia. She married George Bunch in 1788. The family legend goes back almost 175 years, but no one has been able to prove it. Any ideas?
