Hi Everyone!
I wanted to bring this over because i felt in valuable for our people.

American Indian Health and Family Services of Detroit has just put out a cookbook! Cook Book you say?!
YES!

But this is not your ordinary cookbook this cookbook has recipes from all over Indian Country in it. These are Healthy recipes many of them are recipes before comodity foods came into play.

I just bought the book 2 days ago and am super excited about it!

If you you buy 1 recipe book this year Please Please Please make it this one, these kind dont come around often.

Hi Christina,

I will buy this cookbook! The recipes sound wonderful, especially Pumpkin and Sage Ravioli and SU-GA-TA!

Ok so I know there is a shipping cost issue, though it is not on the information, i measured the book it is 6.4 oz, I am posting the U.S postal link, so you will be able to calculate your shipping.

You will have to contact the center by phone i have listed or
Send order to them by U.S Mail
