We are hoping to attend this one for our anniversary weekend. Anyone else going? We were not able to attend last year because we were honeymooning in Clarksville. :)

Well, what a wonderful weekend!! The weather was gorgeous and the pow wow was overwhelming...many dancers and three drums. Linda, it was good to see you again as always. Rose, it was a delight to run into you on Sunday. We will definitely put this in our books for next year...and maybe extend our anniversary weekend to encompass a day for touring around the area....there is so much history there! And next year, they will be celebrating the 400th anniversary of Jamestown, so I am sure there will be lots to do.

It WAS a good powwow. .... and it's always a delight to see Linda and Rose.
And then there are all our powwow friends.... dancers, vendors and regular spectators. The hugs never stopped for the whole 2 days. So many good people attend powwows.... and to share our 1st anniversary with all our friends was very special.
