collins family

I am looking for anybody that would know of this collins family,or have info on them.My grandmother's name was Nancy Collins,she was born around 1900,she had 2 sisters-Mandy & Lucinda,2 brothers-John & Wesley. I believe their parents names were Herod Collins & Alafair Canada (or Cannady). Any info would be greatly appreciated.

COLLINS, Herod, b.abt.1861 Va/William/John/Griffin.
Herod's father William, b.abt. 1817 to 1825 Tenn, d.before 1870.
Herod/Herrod's mother: Louisa/Levicia/"Vicy" Johnson , b.abt. 1830, Ky - m'd Wm Collins on 24 Aug 1848.

KENNEDY/CANADA, Alafair, b.abt. 1868 Va.
Her father: Elexious, b.abt. 1849, Ky
Her mother: Sarah "Sally", b. abt. 1850, (maybe in) Tazewell Co., Va.

Herod's and Alafair's families are on the 1870, 1880 McDowell Co census, and others. They grew up 3 houses away from each other.
