O.K.,here is another John Perkins listed on a Death Certificate of Luther Raymond Perkins.John Perkins father,mother is Effie Pazanna.Luther Raymond Perkins born April 30,1920.Age at death 30.Death was due as mining accident.Usual place of Residence was Va.,Pocahontas.He was born at Havaco,WV.Death date was oct.27,1950 Mercer Co.,Bluefield San.Can someone help with this?Is Pazanna an Italian name?Thanks in advance,
