Nancy Ann Simonton b. Dec. 15, 1821 Walton Co. GA she married William Austin Webb June 6, 1848 Walton Co. GA.

Nancy's parents are:
Robert Simonton b. 1791 GA d. December of 1855 Walton Co. GA
He married a woman name Mathilda, no last name known at this time but she was born May 20, 1797. She died June 9, 1892 Walton Co. GA. Their first child was Asenath Sina Simonton b. 1817 Jasper Co. GA, marriage date is Jan. 4, 1838 Walton Co. GA.
She married Andrew J. BENTON.

Robert Simonton's parents are Theophilus Simonton and Rebeckah Potts.

Nancy is my 4th great grandmother.
Robert would be my 5th great grandfather.
Theophilus would be my 6th great grandfather.
ETC...................

Does anyone know if Monocans ever where in Walton or Jasper Counties GA?

Looking at what other researchers have done on the Simanton/Simonton and Potts' lines (and you'll need to confirm any part of this), Theophilus Simanton and Rebeckah Potts appear to have been born in Rowan Co., NC.
Prior to NC, the Simanton (mother b. SC?) and Potts parents were from Lancaster, Pa and before that from Delaware, NJ or in the Potts's case, Ireland. Some of this research gets pretty silly by confusing the two Theophilus and two Robert Simantons. Might these lines in Pa, De or NJ have been Eastern Sioux people. Without specifics, 'anything' is possible. I think you could get better results from William Austin Webb's lines.

Here's the best I could find on these people, and you'll need to confirm any of this, also, but it might provide you with some names and places to look at.
William Austin Webb m'd 1st) abt. 1824 Jasper Co., Ga,
Sarah L. CHRISTIAN, b. 1810, d. bef. 1848 (1841?) Walton Co., Ga., dau of Reuben Christian + Mary Ann CLARK, both b. abt. 1780 (?). Then Wm. A. m'd Nancy Simanton.
The 1850 Walton Co., Ga census shows Austin Webb, 46, Ga., and Nancy Webb, 29, Ga., with a lot of other but younger Webbs in the same household and with the exception of the 1 yr old James, presumably they are the children of the first wife.

William Austin Webb's parents would appear to be:
Austin Webb, b.1757 Albemarle Co., Va, d.1839 Walton Co., Ga;
who m'd April 1783 Elbert (then Wilkes) Co, Ga,
Ailsey WATERS, b. 1768, possibly in (SC)? d.1849 Walton Co., Ga, d/o Matthew Waters, b.abt. 1730 SC and Unknown.

Austin Webb's paternal line has SIMS, SANFORD, BLAND.
His maternal line has CLAIBORNE, FOX, FENN/PENN, WEST and another CLAIBORNE, mostly from New Kent and King William Co's, Va.

Collins,
Although I haven't tried this myself (but should have), try a 'google' search on 'Wilburn Waters', a mixed-Catawba descendant.

(speculation until I can double check)

Does Wilburn Waters connect up with Matthew Waters and Ailsey Waters?

Also if they do connect up is the book mentioned by Charles B. Coale a credible source?

I have not researched the WATERS.

The book contains some pretty "colorful" anecdotal stories and probably can't be relied on entirely. But he did exist.
